Let us look into our lives more clearly and with more focus by slowing down and making time to care for ourselves, wholeheartedly. This is your year for clarity, reflection and self-care.
Self-care is giving the world the best of you, rather than what’s left. This year is for you and yourself.
Remember your healthiest relationships begin after you master your own self-care. Invest in yourself: meditate, read, eat healthy, drink water, move your body, spend time in nature and rest. You are worth it.
Dragonfly’s 40-day Self-Care Challenge
From January 4 to February 12 we will be offering a 40-day Yoga Self-Care Challenge. Set a focus for a clear, reflective, self-care new year. Come and practice with us, we will help you focus and stay on task. Learn more by taking our workshops in January and February to create a deeper connection with your self-care intentions (needs).

We will help track your progress.
Prizes will be awarded for your self care efforts.
Full Challenge Details
The 2020 self-care challenge begins on Saturday January 4th and goes through February 12th.
Practice least 30 times during our 40 Day Challenge, you’ll be entered to win multiple prize packages.
Each 60, 75 or 90 min class counts as one visit.
Workshops count as multiple visits—(ex: a 3-hour workshop counts as three visits).
EVERYONE who completes the challenge will be entered to win one of MANY prize drawings.
