"What Remains" - A three hour yoga workshop for those experiencing grief and loss. Workshop will include:
Group discussion on stages of grief
Discussion of ritual and mindful movement
Opportunity for expression through art (no experience necessary)
60 Minute yoga practice
Grief and loss is one of the four life stressors that can immediately propel us to higher levels of stress even when we've been practicing self-care and doing everything "right". Although grief and loss is subjective, impacting us each in different ways, this workshop will give participants an opportunity to share, grow and feel supported in their life experiences.
