Running and yoga go hand in hand but most runners don’t make time for both. Some may not know how to stretch or what to stretch to help them run faster, longer, or simply easier. Yoga is a fantastic way to increase a runners’ strength, flexibility, and stability. In addition, yoga may also help reduce a runners’ risk of injury while also improving mental focus and breathing efficiency. This class is designed for all types of runners; from beginner to advanced and everything in between. We will mainly focus on hip flexibility and breathing, but also on core strength and stability. Everyone will benefit and should leave feeling more confident about their goals in the upcoming race.
