In 2022 we are going to DISCOVER YOUR WHY for all health and wellness goals. Why do you want to lose weight? Why do you want to run a marathon? Why do you want to gain more flexibility? Why do you want to adopt a meditation practice? Why do you want to get stronger? Why do you want to eat healthier?
The number 1 reason people struggle to stick with their goals is lack of clarity in WHY they want to achieve that goal in the first place.
The workshop will be facilitated by Paige S. Lynch, NP a local functional medicine practitioner who works with individuals to get to the root cause of chronic health issues by taking a holistic, whole-body approach to medicine.
After you identify your personal 2022 health and wellness goals, Paige will share her foundational habits of health that will serve as the starting point for achieving your goals. Strong houses (and successful goals) are built on solid foundations. So, let’s start new this year and learn how to approach our goals in a better way!
This will be an interactive workshop, so come prepared to journal and discuss as you set yourself up for success in 2022. We will incorporate some basic mediation and breath work to activate the vagus nerve and facilitate a more intuitive approach to health. Let go of superficial New Year’s Resolutions, and instead discover intentional goal setting for lifelong health and vitality.
This workshop will be based around Paige’s recently published journal, which will be available for purchase. These are not required or necessary to gain all of the benefits of the workshop
