When we move, create, explore and breathe together, we open up to possibilities for deeper connection to self. We remember what love and connection feels like. We become beacons of light and vibrations of love and joy. Our bodies hold old stories, layer by layer we release the old and invite the new. We share our wisdom with each other and we are seen and heard.
Journey Dance combines embodied movement and music to create an exhilarating union for free expression, guided visualization, and moving mediation.
