Join Alison Sullivan for this 90 minute workshop where we'll learn how to create more peace.
We’ll do this by learning how avoidance of suffering actually disconnects us from joy and how compassionate acceptance of suffering opens us to a deeper relationship with joy and peace. We’ll use mindfulness exercises to practice the harmony of suffering and joy and we will integrate our experiences with a 30 minute guided meditation.
Bring yourself and your mat to gain confidence in your ability to create more authentic peace in your life.
