This 90 minute class will open with a brief discussion sharing Ayurveda lifestyle tips for autumn followed by a grounding 60 minute candlelight yin practice accompanied by sound bowls during savasana.
Participants will learn how to better stay in balance with the blowing winds of Vata season using both dinacharya (daily routine) and ritucharya (seasonal routine), tips for pranayama, asana, and meditation, and receive a recipe for a Vata season spice blend.
Bring cozy socks as we'll practice a grounding foot massage with a special Vata blend oil before savasana.
