-The Three Doshas (and their qualities)
-Uncovering your Constitution & Discovering your Imbalances
-Individual Practices & Diet honoring your unique dosha
Aimee will discuss and play with different practices that will help you begin to transform your life! Some of these practices are: diet, exercise, yoga & meditation, cleansing, self-massage, herbs and more. Bring your yoga mat for a short meditation and yoga practice!
At the end of this workshop, expect to have the tools you need to begin your awesome Ayurvedic adventures!
