All our teachers posses either years of teaching experience, practicing, or both. Many of our teachers are RYT with more than 500hrs of training but our screening goes well beyond mere credentials. Above all, our teachers are yoga practitioners first—deeply dedicated to their personal growth—and teachers second, but with a passion for sharing their knowledge and experience.
