ISTG is a non profit that collects bras, underwear and menstrual supplies for people who need them in the local community. These items are not as frequently donated to support groups or shelters and when someone is experiencing homelessness or distress they typically don’t have the means to purchase these items for themselves. When someone has these items, there is an increase in dignity and ability to focus on their families or their situations rather than deciding between purchasing menstrual products or food.

**This class is for women only and all are encouraged to practice in their bra tops.

To secure a spot in this donation class, drop off your donation to either the hot or main studio. All items must be new and in packaging. All items donated will be distributed to our local community.
