For new students or those returning to their practice. An opportunity to learn or reinforce the foundational elements of yoga with lots of individual attention.
This workshop will focus on the alignment and functional principles for key poses in many yoga classes. Modifications of poses will be offered for all bodies. Different styles of breathwork to assist your practice and meditation will be introduced along with discussion time for any questions.
This workshop is designed to help students develop a safe and lifelong yoga practice.
